Since we are quite a large group, good communication was a must
to keep things working properly. We set up a facebook chat and a shared folder
in Google Drive to make it as easy as possible to communicate and share work
when we were away from each other.
Discussion is a large part of being in a group and making sure I
was constantly active throughout was something I wanted to do. Through talking
about ideas, we created a workload which would inform the roles we would take
but kept them open to ensure we had them room to operate according to what we
felt we could do best at at the time. We also didn’t want to work according to
a hierarchy, we intended to work according to a flat structure where we all had
as much input as each other.
